The hotel is very affordable and just a few blocks from the main LV Boulevard. We arrived early in the mornin, there is a storage room for bags, also they have an option for early check in. The personnel overall were helpful, there was a nice receptionist who also helped me with my request and printed out a tourist voucher for me(special thanks to her). The hotel and casino with cafes and a restaurant are in separate buildings, next to each other, there is also a pool unfortunately didn't have a chance to check it. if you have any questions and concerns, you can text the reception. As in our room there was a defective hair dryer which they quickly replaced. The room itself was clean, with water and a coffer maker with supplies which I really appreciated. We didn't have breakfast but they give you 2 separate vouchers for fresh coffee and one voucher for a coffee and a croissant.

Ellis Island may not have the glitz of the bigger hotels directly on the strip and parts definitely look a little tired, but for us it had a soul and vibe that were missing from the ‘look at me’ giant hotel complexes. The Front Yard is a great place to hang out. Breakfast in the Village Pub was fabulous value and super tasty, as was lunch in the Front Yard. But the best thing for a beer loving Brit is the Ellis Island Brewery. The beers were terrific- and cheap at $3 per 16oz glass. A same day booking was very good value, especially as the hotel gives vouchers for one free beer and for one free coffee and donut per guest. It’s a ten minute walk to Paris and Bellagio hotels on the Strip even for me with a broken foot in a surgical boot.

The Hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were nice except at check in the young man checking me in didn't make eye contact and kept talking to other guests while dealing with me was able to upgrade me to two queen size beds with no issue a small upgrade charge, the food was amazing from the cafe, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable, the water was hot which I love, they have vending machines which is very affordable 1$-3$ DONT STOP at the gast station right at the corner super over priced 5$ for a glass bottle Starbucks frappuccino 4$ for Fiji water --- they have a parking garage which is nice, the strip is literally a skip and a hop walking maybe 10min would definitely stay again

I liked the clean room, with all amenities, coffee, shampoo, conditioners, Fridge and Big TV Loved the Pub and the meal we had. the lobby could use a little sprucing up and the door should have a automatic opener. Also like the discount for dinner and breakfast at the pub

It was better than I expected, the food was really good and cheap. I liked how you could only access the back of the property into your rook if you have a key .
